Our menu offers authentic dishes made from a combination of locally-sourced and imported ingredients. Good, tasty food is especially important on safari and our chefs know how to put together some great dishes.

Candlelit dinners set beneath the starlit African sky are a highlight and provide the perfect time to relax and compare wildlife encounters with other guests.

Our riverbank bar has a chilled atmosphere and stocks Tanzanian beers, a selection of wines and spirits. It's a great place to kick back, relax and watch nature unfold.
